Online therapy allows you to receive thoughtful, focused support from the comfort of your own space. Sessions take place through a secure video platform and feel much like in-person therapy- structured, personal, and private.
Before Your First Session
After scheduling, you’ll receive intake paperwork to complete at your own pace. This helps us use our time well from the start. We’ll review what brings you in, clarify goals, and talk through what you’re hoping for from therapy.
During Sessions
Sessions are collaborative and engaged. You'll be met with honesty, warmth, and direction. We’ll work intentionally, not just reactively, so you always know what we’re focusing on and why.
