I’m Darcy, and I help adults just like you: ones that are ready for growth and change, but just need the support to get there.

I help my clients find peace, confidence, and fulfillment by equipping them with tools they need to better understand themselves and others.

Many of today’s solutions for conflict resolution, life transitions, or personal growth are one-size-fits all or drawn out, leading so many to feel dependent on their therapist or like they’re not making progress. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step we take is tailored to you and your goals. My goal is to support and encourage your progress, while helping you to grow outside of your comfort zone and identifying ways you may be hindering your own progress.

My training in mental health counseling and counseling education means that I have the expertise you need and deserve when taking steps to better yourself, your relationships, and your well-being. But at the end of the day, you want to know that you’re working with someone who truly “gets” what it means to be an adult that is struggling with family, relationship, or personal conflict. You want to know that your therapist “gets” the struggles of being a new parent, taking a new job, or a break-up. You want to know that you’re working with someone who “gets” what it feels like to have insecurities and flaws.

I get it because not only have I dedicated my career towards working with adults with these struggles, but I too go through the same experiences that make us human. So when we work together, you will not just be getting a trained therapist, you’ll be getting someone who understands you, sees your pains and struggles, and is devoted to helping you until you feel your goal is met.
